we are now the proud owners of a 2006 Scion Xb. A little surprised? Us too. However, we have been enjoying the new ride, and it is definitely growing on us. Anyone is welcome to come on over for a ride. It is surprisingly spacious inside. Plus, you can't beat 30 miles per gallon in town! The boys think that the car is totally awesome, and Benny's first reaction to the car was definitely astute. He exclaimed, "Daddy, it looks like a rectangle!" He's a genius that one. When Tim came home with it, the boys got into the front seat and Tim and I got into the back, and Benny "drove" us all to Chuck E. Cheese. Jealous much?

I was accused of being hormonal because of my upcoming birthday on another blog. That person thinks I'm turning thirty. They must be wrong because a thirty year old would not drive a hip, cool, rad car like this. I'm turning twenty-ten, thank you very much.
Wikipedia says this is a "box-shaped, 5-door compact STATION WAGON!" Hip? cool? rad? I don't think so, but as I glance again it's growing on me.
so now you guys own not only a mini-van, but a station wagon. heeheehee. and you say you're not old. riiiight! :)

Nice ride - I especially like the color. But seeing has how I have a just-paid-off-this-month Taurus sitting in my garage I'm a little depressed knowing they don't last forever.
I'm using twenty-ten in January...and then 10-11 the following January..then 20-12...you get the idea! Good call TLK!

First of all, Hi, this is Jane, Melissa's mom. Playing around on everyones blogs. Wanted to let you know we have a 2006 XA Scion, and yes we get teased alot, but we love it! So far, it's been a great car and wonderful gas milegas. I also am hanging on to my 1998 Tauras, it hasn't died yet, after 9 years, 2 teenagers, I just can't seem to get rid of it. Anyway, think of you often, your boys are great, come see us sometime.
