Cell Phones Without Cameras? (cont.)

I have noticed on other blogs that some of the longer ones that are pretty much dedicated to how cute the blogger's kids are can be pretty tiresome to read. I took that into consideration when I cut off my last post that was dedicated solely to how cute the Bobos are. I am trying to make the switch to Bobos instead of Buddies. The boys aren't liking the new nickname though. They understand that they are mischievous and silly little monkeys but they prefer to be referred to as the buddies. But I digress. The frustration over figuring out how to get the pictures arranged the way I wanted was a contributing factor also.

Here we have another picture while Renee and the boys were away and I was stuck home painting and working. This was taken at the annual Christmas party that Renee's old song and dance show buddies has every year. You can see that it was quite a wild one since Sammy is not only passed out but his shirt is inside out.

Any time there is a long wait in a line or here, in a doctor's office, the camera phone is good for at least 5 minutes of distraction. After that you hope that the little one is interested in how much you weigh and how tall you are. My driver's license says I weigh 185 lbs. How come the stupid scale in the doctor's office never agrees?

I like to have the boys practice saying "ahhhhhhhh" while we wait. And who can resist a picture with daddy? After this I ran out of ideas and Sammy's attitude went straight down hill. I had to wake him up from nap time at day care to bring him in. I'm surprised the camera even worked. He was pretty crabby.

I don't know how it works where you come from, but in the Kresl family one becomes instantly cooler when they have sunglasses on. This of course causes them to have more fun and before you know it, everyone has more fun. If you only have one set of shades and two toddlers, give one of them the camera phone. Works every time. Benny's camera phone skills will be the subject of my next post.

In our house any kind of pasta is called spaghetti. It only took one ruined shirt for Renee to come up with topless meal time. Dig in Benny!

Bath time almost always produces some good photo ops. Apparently Sammy was watching Cheers and naturally was drawn to the character Sam Malone. Here he is doing his best bartender impersonation. He's just too cute to get mad at for pouring most of the "booze" on the floor.

Benny is a very sweet and protective older brother and Sammy adores and imitates Benny. Whenever Sammy gets hurt, like here when he bonked his head, Benny is the first to comfort his best friend. These are my favorite moments as a parent. I just hope it lasts.

Finally, to mix it up a bit, can you tell who is the boy and who is the girl? I snapped this one at an indoor football game this year. Yes, they are together. Do you think they have the same hairdresser?

I never get tired of cute pics of my adorable nephews. Keep them coming. Also, I get so sick of adding pictures too. They never go where I want them to.
